Samiullah Qadeer

I build, fix, and host the Odoo systems companies run their day on.

Independent Odoo developer. Custom modules, version migrations, POS and payment integrations, WhatsApp and API connectors — and the Linux servers underneath them.

What I take on

Custom modules
New models, fields, views and business rules written as a proper Odoo addon, so an upgrade does not erase them. No Studio patches holding a process together.
Version migrations
Moving a live database and its custom code from an older Odoo to a current one, including the parts of your codebase that the new version broke.
Point of sale
Receipt printers, barcode scanners, scales and payment terminals made to work in the shop, not just in the demo.
Integrations
WhatsApp, Stripe, n8n and third-party APIs wired into Odoo's own models so the data lands where your team already looks for it.
Hosting and rescue
Odoo on your own Linux server or Odoo.sh: install, nginx, HTTPS, backups. Or a broken instance diagnosed and brought back.

Modules I have written

Built for specific clients, each solving a problem the standard apps do not.

  • wa_delivery_gate

Holds a delivery until the customer confirms it over WhatsApp, and blocks the point of sale from closing the order early. Five notification events across the order lifecycle.

  • whatsapp_qr_gateway

Redirects every native Odoo WhatsApp message through a QR-linked gateway instead of the Meta Cloud API, so a business can send from its existing number.

  • stock_imei_tracking

Per-unit IMEI capture and lookup for businesses selling serialised electronics, layered on top of Odoo's own lot and serial tracking.

  • sale_geofence

Restricts quotation confirmation to a defined geographic boundary, for sales teams that must sell inside a territory.

How I work

I quote a fixed scope in writing before starting, and split larger builds into milestones you accept one at a time. You see a working instance at each milestone, not a status update.

I will tell you when Odoo already does what you asked for, and when a request needs Enterprise or a paid app rather than custom code. That conversation is cheaper for both of us than finding out at delivery.

Work outside Odoo when it is the right tool: Django applications, and Linux server work down to a native nginx module in C.

Tell me what is not working.

Send the version of Odoo you are on, whether it is Community, Enterprise, Online or Odoo.sh, and what you need it to do. I will reply with whether I can build it, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes.
